Our Board of Directors is a 5 member board that provides general oversight and approval of the mission and vision of Refuge CMI.  They meet annually (some special meetings as well) to review the past year and formulate the vision and plans for the current and future years.

Our Board of Advisors is a 12 member board that meets as a board when needed, but also are available individually throughout the year for advice on special topics of concern.  For example, for a technology question, the technology expert would make themselves available, etc).
