Welcome to Refuge Christian Ministries International
Refuge Christian Ministries International's theme is: "Sharing the love of Jesus with the children of the world!" While children are the heart of our ministry, we also minister in many other ways, as you will see as you travel through this website. Refuge CMI accomplishes this great task in a number of ways including sharing the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, providing outreach to the needy, and training national workers to teach, preach, and help their own people more effectively. This is done with direct hands on ministry and through partnerships with other ministries and organizations; both here and around the world.

WHAT WE DO
LOCALLY:
Refuge Christian Ministries International provides invaluable local community services, such as food assistance, job hunting skills and resume writing, leadership skills, Christian parenting classes, and more.
We provide training so that Christians can learn how to be effective in reaching their lost friends and neighbors, workshops on how to be effective on the mission field, and recently a workshop called Improving Your Health by Controlling Your Motivations. Maintaining your physical health is so essential to being effective in your family, your church, your career, and your community.
INTERNATIONALLY:
CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES:
In the past we funded a water project at an orphanage in Kenya, constructed an 16' by 38' platform at a tabernacle in Naco, Sonora Mexico, assisted with various construction projects at an orphanage in Guaymas, Sonora Mexico, helped complete construction on a missionary's home in Belize, and assisted in construction projects in Haiti.
MINISTRY ACTIVITIES:
We have participated in crusades in Kenya & Mexico; ministry outreach in Kenya, Mexico, Belize, and Haiti; provided pastors' seminars in Kenya; and did Bible School training in Kenya and Haiti. In the U.S. we provide pulpit fill-ins, kids crusades ("Faith Gulch Stampede"), church ministry workshops, ST Mission Team workshops, and a Spiritual Giftings Profile workshop.
MEDICAL ACTIVITIES:
We have provided first aid classes and exams at an orphange in Kenya, and assisted with various medical functions in Haiti.
OTHER OUTREACH ACTIVITIES:
We participate in feeding programs for street children and orphans, and sponsorship programs for orphans, widows and native pastors in Kenya, Haiti and Mexico. We also collect children's clothes and medical supplies which we send to Haiti and Mexico.

What Keeps Us Going
Haitian Boy at Feeding ProgramWhen we see a family blessed by a box of groceries and the relief in their faces, it makes it worth it. When we see a smiling face like the one here of a little Haitian boy attending a feeding program in NW Haiti www.nwhcm.org , it makes it worth it. When we see the hand of God touch a life with healing or salvation, it makes it worth it. Those are the things that keep us going, along with the faithful, ongoing support of you our friends who make doing all this possible. On behalf of the many we have been able to help and minister to over the years with your help, let me say a great big THANK YOU and God bless you!
"Without the generous support of Refuge Christian Ministries International and its supporters, I don't know how we would have coped during those difficult times."
